Anniversary

Congratulations Gary Heusey on 15 Years!

Gary has been a cornerstone of the HR function that we’ve spent almost two decades developing.  He has created the HRIS, payroll and timekeeping environments that we use today and will remain critical to the success of our new HR Service Center.

Thanks for everything.

Mobile Communication

Coming Soon!

ABARTA’s Senior Leadership Team has recently been treated to a powerful presentation by a national expert on the subject of distracted driving.  The workshop was so impactful that we have decided to significantly revise our mobile communications device policy.  We believe that you too should have the opportunity to experience the same presentation on video.

I’m sure you will be equally impressed.

Stayed tuned for further details.

Veteran Hiring

More Than A Wish!

I know all of our employees would join me in wishing all the best for our returning veterans of the Middle East conflicts.  Unfortunately, wishing them well is simply not enough.  I hope we can do better than that.

Although our vets may appreciate our best wishes, what most of them need is an opportunity to support themselves and their families.  Therefore effective immediately, all of our HR Directors will actively recruit and place returning veterans in any open positions for which they are qualified.  Open positions and requirements are being communicated to local veteran hiring agencies wherever ABARTA does business.  But we need your help too.  If you know a returning veteran, please bring his/her resume to the attention of our HR folks, so that we can make a serious attempt to offer them employment.  For many of our veterans, that will be a wish come true.
